A reservation = one confirmed booking, counted across all your locations.
Go over your plan? Keep booking.
When you pass your included reservations, your admins get a heads-up — but every booking still goes through. Overage is billed at your plan's per-reservation rate, and we'll nudge you to upgrade if it's cheaper.
Need a hard limit instead? Per-organization caps are configurable.
A booking fee you'll never notice
On the Growth plan (~$0.067 / reservation at the included rate), our fee is a rounding error on the sale you just made.
| What your customer books | Their price | Our fee | % of sale |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tire installation | $25 | $0.067 | 0.27% |
| Cooking class seat | $75 | $0.067 | 0.09% |
| Wedding venue booking | $5,000 | $0.067 | 0.001% |
Questions
How do you count reservations?
One confirmed booking = one reservation, summed across every location in your organization for the billing period. Cancellations inside your window don't count.
What happens if I exceed my plan?
Nothing breaks. We warn your admins and bill overage at your plan's per-reservation rate. You're never cut off mid-season.
Can I embed this in Shopify?
Yes — drop in our App Block and your customers book right on your storefront, using your Shopify checkout. Headless and custom storefronts are supported via the API.
Do you handle payments?
Your customers pay through your existing checkout (e.g. Shopify). Because card data never touches us, your PCI scope stays minimal.
Is your service SOC 2 compliant?
SOC 2 Type II report, DPA, and sub-processor list are available on Enterprise plans for security and procurement review.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Upgrade or downgrade whenever — usage-based, so you're never locked into capacity you don't use. Annual billing saves ~2 months.
